Ordering Items from the Hawaiian Airlines Marketplace, powered by HawaiianShopping.com
Upon order completion with the Hawaiian Airlines Marketplace powered by HawaiianShopping.com, your
transaction will be processed by HawaiianShopping.com. HawaiianShopping.com will receive transaction funds and fulfill all orders. In other words, you will see a charge from HawaiianShopping.com on your credit
card statement, and receive your items from HawaiianShopping.com. Please direct all inquiries to

Our goal is to make the order process as easy as possible. Here's how it works:
- Find the items you want, and then click the "Add To Cart" button. This does not commit you; it just puts things in one convenient place.
- Click the "View Cart" link at the top left of the page at anytime to view your choices. You can add multiple products, delete items, and change the quantities in your order at any time.
- After you've selected all the items you want, hit the "View Cart" button, again. Verify the items you have selected and click the "Secure Checkout" button.
- Step 1 of the checkout process: Provide us with your shipping address. Please be sure to name the address (e.g. Home, Office, etc.). Organizing your address(es) in this way will allow you to complete future purchases much faster.
- Step 2 of the checkout process: Select a shipping method (Express or Standard).
- Step 3 of the checkout process: Enter credit card information, or pay via PayPal. (Note: All international orders must pay via PayPal.)
- Step 4 of the checkout process: Provide us with your billing address. Please be sure to name the address (e.g. Home, Office, etc.). Organizing your address(es) in this way will allow you to complete future purchases much faster. (Note: Billing address entered must match the address on file with your credit card company, or the sale will not be accepted.).
- Step 5 of the checkout process: Review the information you have entered and hit the "Complete Purchase" button to complete the order.
- Finally, upon verification of your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email.
- You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.
