HawaiianShopping.com collects sales tax for orders being shipped within the beautiful State of Hawaii, as this is the home of HawaiianShopping.com operations. We are required by law to collect sales tax within the State of Hawaii and no where else since we do not have a physical presence in any other state.

Please note that for all international orders, including Canada, customers must pay the shipper directly for all applicable taxes, customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, HawaiianShopping.com is not able to determine what these fees will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What is HawaiianShopping.com's domestic shipping policy?

Expedited Delivery (6 - 7 days)
Standard Delivery (8 - 9 days)

Customers are charged a shipping fee based on the total order weight, as calculated by the United States Postal Service. A $3 handling fee is added.

All orders will ship from our Honolulu, HI warehouses on Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays). Please account for these shipping days, as this is in addition to the postal service transit times listed above. Please allow for 2 additional days transit time to the East Coast and 1 to the Mid-West.

What are HawaiianShopping.com's international policies? How am I protected?

For all international orders, customers are responsible for the customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, HawaiianShopping.com cannot determine what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. HawaiianShopping.com reserves the right to pass along actual costs for shipping.

What is HawaiianShopping.com's return policy?

We at HawaiianShopping.com proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If you are not satisfied with any item you receive for any reason, we will gladly take back the item and refund you the original purchase price -- no questions asked -- for 30 days. Simply return the invoice and item in its original condition for a full product refund. (No returns on opened CDs, DVDs, or Software).

So when you get a package from us, scrutinize the gear just as we have. Make sure it fits. Check the features and functions. Use it! If it's not what you expected, doesn't fit, bounce or whatever, we'll make it right within 30 days.

If you decide you don't want a particular piece of gear, we'd be happy to help you through the return process. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us and then ship the gear back. It's pretty straightforward. Please contact us by email so we can take care of you!

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax (if applicable), original shipping costs as well as the costs you incurred in shipping the products back to us. Full refunds, no risks, no problems!
